The following rules apply for cancellations and changes:

If the reservation made by the Buyer pursuant to this contract is within the season between 1 April - 31 October of the year, at least 15 (fifteen) days before the check-in date, and if the reservation is for an out-of-season date, at least 20 (twenty) days before the check-in date. In case of requesting cancellation, the full fee will be refunded. The buyer must document the cancellation of his reservation with an official report from a full-fledged state hospital or death of himself or his first-degree relatives, which prevents him from doing his usual work for 10 days, and notify this situation as stipulated in this article at least 3 (three) days before the date of entry to the facility. Cancellation and change requests for any reason other than these cases will not be accepted and the BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes to pay the Total Price of the Reservation to the Seller and not to request a refund if the payment has been made.

If the Buyer wishes to change the date of the discounted early booking product purchased during the discounted sales period for any reason, the Buyer accepts that the reservation change will be made without a discount at the list prices valid on the date of the request.

Unless the Buyer notifies the desired date change regarding the reservation for which she has paid, within the above-mentioned periods and as specified, the accommodation methods and conditions written in this agreement and the reservation will be valid.

If the Buyer does not inform the Buyer that he/she will not be able to go/reach the facility on the start date of the stay until 17.00 on the start date of the stay, the Seller has the right to cancel all reservations made on behalf of the Buyer. In such cancellations, no refund or compensation will be made to the Buyer.

The buyer cannot terminate the contract for any reason during the provision of accommodation services. If he does so and leaves the facility, no refund will be given.

In cases where it becomes impossible to perform the service subject to the contract, the Seller shall notify the Buyer within 3 (three) days from the date of learning of this situation, through one of the contact methods specified by the Buyer, and shall notify all collected payments within fourteen days from the date of notification at the latest. returns it.

If the Seller terminates the contract unfairly, all payments made by the Buyer up to that day will be refunded.

Other changes and additional service requests other than the date specified by the Buyer in his reservation will be evaluated provided that the Seller is notified at least 3 (three) days before the start date of the service received. The seller handles this change request to the extent possible; No objections can be made to the Seller or the Seller cannot be held responsible for changes requests that cannot be realized, and these cannot be claimed as a reason for termination of the contract by the Buyer. For single occupancy accommodations, name change has the effect of cancellation. Typographical errors (letter and spelling errors) made in the first and last names during the reservation will be corrected without any deduction or penalty.

In case of early departure from the hotel, the Buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she is responsible for paying the entire contract price and will not request a refund of the fee paid. Refunds for payments made will be made to the credit card or bank account used during the reservation.
